Claim Process


Claim Process

On receipt of the Intimation of any claim the process as follows:

• Entry in the Claim Register.
• Appointment of a Licensed Surveyor
• Letter issued to the Insured for required documents
• Collect the required documents from the Insured.
• Collect the Survey Report
• If the claim is payable then approve the Claim
• Loss Voucher issued
• On receipt the Loss Voucher issued the claim cheque
• Entry in the paid Register.
